Shipping policy

Orders auto-process 7 days a week from southern California. All orders ship from southern California. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday ship the following week. If there should be any unforeseen delay in shipment your will be notified by email. If a product is out of stock you will be immediately refunded. Due to our third party fulfillment process, we are unable to expedite orders. Shipping prices cover shipping fees in addition to shipping materials and handling.

US Orders

• Based on order volume, holidays, etc - Orders ship in 2-5 business days after they are placed.
• Delivery transit times within the US will vary from 2-5 business days based on delivery location from southern California.
  
• Once you have completed your order, we are unable to cancel the order, add items or remove items. Please make sure to review your order carefully before paying

International Orders

Sorry, we cannot ship to addresses outside of the US. To purchase Ergon in your country, please contact your local bicycle retailer or distributor.
